AudioTools is a fully local audio processing tool. This app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. No account registration or sign-in is required. We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other personally identifiable information.

您导入 AudioTools 的所有音频和视频文件均在设备本地完成处理，包括导入、格式转换、音频裁剪及导出操作。所有文件数据始终保留在您的设备上，不会上传至任何外部服务器或云端服务。

All audio and video files you import into AudioTools are processed entirely on your device, including import, format conversion, audio trimming, and export. Your file data remains on your device at all times and is never uploaded to any external server or cloud service.

• 文件访问：用于导入您选择的音频或视频文件，并将转换结果保存至本地存储。本应用仅访问您明确选择的文件。
• 本地网络：仅用于 WiFi 传输功能，允许您在同一局域网内通过浏览器向设备传输文件。此功能不涉及互联网连接或云端通信。
• 通知（可选）：用于在音频转换完成或出现异常时发送本地设备通知。此权限为可选项，拒绝授权不影响任何核心功能的使用。

• File Access: Required to import audio or video files you select and to save conversion results to local storage. The app only accesses files you explicitly choose.
• Local Network: Used exclusively for the WiFi Transfer feature, which allows you to transfer files from a browser on the same local network. This feature does not involve internet connectivity or cloud communication.
• Notifications (optional): Used to deliver local device notifications when an audio conversion completes or encounters an error. This permission is optional — declining it does not affect any core functionality.

AudioTools 不会出售、出租或以任何方式向第三方提供您的个人数据。本应用不包含第三方分析工具、广告 SDK 或跨应用追踪功能。由于本应用不收集用户数据，因此不存在与第三方共享数据的情形。

AudioTools does not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with any third party. The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking. Since the app does not collect user data, there is no data to share with third parties.
