By installing or using Channo, or visiting apps.zhizuzhefu.com/channo, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the app or site.

Channo 是用户自有源 IPTV / M3U 播放工具。我们不提供、不托管、不推荐任何电视频道或点播内容。播放地址、账号与节目单均由你自行导入。App 可能含一次性买断的 Pro 功能（StoreKit），以 App Store 展示为准。

Channo is a player for IPTV / M3U sources you supply. We do not provide, host, or recommend channels or VOD. URLs, credentials, and guides are imported by you. Optional Pro features may be sold via StoreKit as shown on the App Store.

你保证：有权访问并播放你导入的全部来源；不利用 Channo 侵犯版权、绕过技术保护措施或从事违法活动。因你的来源或使用方式产生的任何争议、索赔与责任由你自行承担。

You warrant that you have the right to access and play every source you import, and that you will not use Channo to infringe copyright, circumvent technical protections, or break the law. You are solely responsible for disputes arising from your sources or usage.

我们授予你个人的、非排他、不可转让、可撤销的有限授权，仅在你合法持有的 iPhone / iPad 上使用 Channo。第三方开源组件按其自身许可证授权，见 开源许可。

We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Channo on devices you lawfully control. Third-party open-source components are licensed separately — see Licenses.

Channo 按「现状」提供。我们不对特定源的可播性、车机兼容性或第三方服务器可用性作保证。在法律允许范围内，对间接或附带损害不承担责任。

Channo is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that any particular source will play, or that CarPlay / third-party servers will always work. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.
