走起提供编辑整理的城市攻略、地点信息、收藏、分享、攻略反馈，以及把地点或路线交给第三方地图 App 的功能。内容来自开发者维护的在线服务；具体城市、攻略、地点和功能可能随维护状态而增加、更新或撤下。

ZouQi provides editor-curated city guides, place information, favorites, sharing, guide feedback, and hand-off of destinations or routes to third-party map apps. Content comes from a developer-maintained online service; available cities, guides, places, and features may be added, updated, or withdrawn over time.

我们会尽力维护攻略，但营业时间、票务、价格、交通、天气、道路、开放状态和现场规则可能随时变化。出发前请通过场所、交通管理部门、天气部门或地图服务的官方渠道再次确认。

走起不是紧急服务或专业安全、医疗、法律建议。你应结合实时环境、自身情况和当地规定自行判断，避免在驾驶或其他需要持续注意力的情况下操作 App。

We work to maintain guides, but opening hours, tickets, prices, transit, weather, roads, availability, and venue rules can change at any time. Before leaving, verify important details through official venue, transit authority, weather authority, or map-service sources.

ZouQi is not an emergency service or professional safety, medical, or legal advice. Use your own judgment based on current conditions, personal needs, and local rules, and do not operate the app while driving or during any activity requiring continuous attention.

单点导航由你选择的 Apple 地图、高德地图或百度地图完成；整条多点路线由高德地图或百度地图完成。走起只负责交接有序地点名称与坐标，不控制第三方地图的路线、交通信息、可用性或数据处理。你使用这些服务时还应遵守对应服务的条款与隐私政策。

Single-destination navigation is provided by Apple Maps, Amap, or Baidu Maps; complete multi-stop routes are provided by Amap or Baidu Maps. ZouQi only hands off ordered place names and coordinates and does not control a third-party map's routes, traffic information, availability, or data processing. Your use is also subject to that service's terms and privacy policy.

你可以自愿提交攻略有效性反馈、纠错、文字和照片。你保证提交内容真实、与你的反馈相关，并且你拥有必要权利或许可。不得提交违法、侵权、仇恨、骚扰、色情、暴力威胁、广告、恶意代码、他人隐私或其他不当内容。

反馈只进入私有人工队列，不会自动公开。我们可以审核、拒绝、删除或采取纠错行动；如果依据反馈制作公开内容，会由运营人员另行编辑和发布。你授予我们一项非独占、免版税的许可，仅用于审核反馈、维护攻略和展示经审核的改进内容。你仍保留对原创内容的权利。

You may voluntarily submit guide-validity feedback, corrections, text, and photos. You represent that submissions are truthful, relevant, and that you have the necessary rights or permission. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexual, threatening, promotional, malicious, privacy-invasive, or otherwise objectionable material.

Feedback enters a private human-review queue and is never published automatically. We may review, reject, delete, or act on a correction. If feedback informs public content, an operator separately edits and publishes it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license only to review the feedback, maintain guides, and display reviewed improvements. You retain rights in your original material.

任何公开攻略都可通过攻略详情中的「需要改进 / 反馈」报告；也可通过 反馈页面或邮件举报不当内容。我们会审核报告并按情况纠正或撤下内容。走起没有公开用户档案、评论、私信或用户间互动，也不会把匿名反馈直接发布给其他用户。

Any public guide can be reported through Needs Work / Feedback on its detail page, or through the Feedback page or email. We review reports and may correct or withdraw content. ZouQi has no public profiles, comments, direct messaging, or user-to-user interaction, and never publishes anonymous feedback directly to other users.

除用户依法拥有的投稿和另有说明的第三方素材外，走起的品牌、界面、软件和编辑内容受适用的知识产权法律保护。你可以通过 App 的分享功能分享公开攻略链接，但不得未经许可复制、抓取、出售、批量再发布或制作混淆来源的衍生服务。

Except for user submissions owned by their lawful owners and third-party material identified separately, ZouQi's brand, interface, software, and editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may share public guide links through the app, but may not copy, scrape, sell, republish in bulk, or create a misleading derivative service without permission.

通过 Apple App Store 获得的走起 App 适用 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议。本页面补充说明走起的内容、反馈和服务规则；如与强制适用法律冲突，以该法律为准。

The ZouQi app obtained through the Apple App Store is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. This page supplements the content, feedback, and service rules for ZouQi. Mandatory applicable law controls where it conflicts with these terms.

走起按「现状」和「现有」状态提供。在适用法律允许的范围内，我们不保证服务始终不中断、没有错误或适合某一特定行程，也不对因网络、第三方服务、内容变化或不合理依赖攻略造成的间接损失负责。本条款不排除适用法律不得排除的消费者权利。

ZouQi is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or suitability for a particular trip, and are not responsible for indirect loss caused by networks, third-party services, changing information, or unreasonable reliance on a guide. Nothing here excludes consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
