HeartEase · iOS 17

One line, when a lecture would be too much

Pick anxious, tired, lost, self-doubt, bedtime, or everyday. HeartEase shows one hand-written line in Chinese and English. The companion is a small cat named 宽宽. Nothing is uploaded.

What you can do

  • Read one of 256 bundled lines. The next line avoids the last 10 in that mood and the line on screen.
  • Save a share card or copy the text.
  • Keep the latest line on the Home Screen. Widget guide.
  • Soften or turn off the cat’s motion in Settings.

The six moods are explained in moods.

Questions

Is HeartEase therapy?

No. HeartEase offers everyday encouragement. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional counseling. If you are in acute distress, contact someone you trust or a local crisis line.

Do the quotes need a network connection?

No. All 256 bilingual lines and your settings stay on this iPhone. There is no account, no ads, and no third-party tracking.

How do I put a line on my Home Screen?

Add a HeartEase widget. It shows the line the app last synced. With no synced line yet, it uses the day’s fixed Everyday quote. See the widget guide.
