宽心是一款完全离线的鼓励语 App。我们不收集你的姓名、账号、位置或行为数据，也没有任何第三方分析或广告 SDK。

我们不收集什么

  • 不收集姓名、邮箱、手机号、生日等个人信息
  • 不收集位置、通讯录、相册、麦克风、相机等系统权限
  • 不使用任何第三方 SDK（分析、广告、推送、Crash 上报）
  • 不联网，不上传任何数据到服务器

本地保存了什么

  • 你上次选择的心情分类
  • 最近 10 条已看过的鼓励语 ID（避免重复）
  • 主题色板、动效强度、深色模式偏好
  • 每日提醒的开关和时间

这些设置只保存在你自己的手机里（iOS UserDefaults），通过 App Group group.com.zhizuzhefu.app.heartease 与桌面小组件共享，不离开你的设备。

通知权限

只有当你在设置中开启「每日提醒」时，宽心才会向 iOS 请求通知权限。提醒内容是本地生成的，不联网、不发送到服务器。你可以随时在系统设置中关闭通知。

未成年人

宽心不针对未成年人专门设计，但也没有任何不适合未成年人使用的内容。所有文案都经过温柔、不说教、不刺激的语气审核。

数据删除

宽心没有账号系统，因此没有"删除账号"流程。卸载 App 后，所有本地数据都会被一并清除。

In one sentence

HeartEase is a fully offline encouragement app. We do not collect your name, account, location, or behavior data, and we do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

What we do not collect

  • No name, email, phone number, birthday, or other personal information
  • No location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or other system-level permissions
  • No third-party SDKs (no analytics, ads, push, or crash reporting)
  • No network access, no data uploaded to any server

What stays on your device

  • Your last selected mood category
  • IDs of the last 10 quotes shown (to avoid repeats)
  • Theme palette, motion intensity, light/dark preference
  • Daily reminder toggle and time

These settings are stored in iOS UserDefaults and shared with the Home Screen widget through the App Group group.com.zhizuzhefu.app.heartease. They never leave your device.

Notifications

HeartEase only asks for notification permission after you turn on Daily Reminder in Settings. The reminder content is generated locally and is never sent to any server. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.

Minors

HeartEase is not specifically targeted at minors, but it also contains no content unsuitable for minors. All lines are written with a gentle, non-preachy, non-triggering tone.

Data deletion

HeartEase has no account system, so there is no "delete account" flow. Uninstalling the app removes all local data.
