Downloading, installing, or using the Shellcove iPhone app or the companion Shellcove Mac app, or accessing any page on apps.zhizuzhefu.com/shellcove, means you have read and accept these Terms of Use and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps or this website.

Shellcove 是一款本地局域网遥控工具：iPhone / iPad 端 App 把按键、鼠标事件、本机识别后的语音文本通过 TLS 连接发送给同网络下你自己配对的 Mac，由 Mac 端 App 在你授权的「辅助功能」与「屏幕录制」权限范围内回放为键击与鼠标事件，并把屏幕实时投屏回设备。本服务不涉及任何账号、不提供云端存储、不处理支付、不进行金融、医疗、法律等任何专业服务。

Shellcove is a local-network remote-control utility. The iPhone / iPad app sends keystrokes, mouse events, and on-device-transcribed voice text via a TLS connection to a Mac you have paired on the same network; the Mac app replays them as real input and mirrors its screen back to the device, scoped to the Accessibility / Screen Recording permissions you grant. The service handles no accounts, no cloud storage, no payments, and provides no financial, medical, legal, or other professional services.

我们授予你一份个人的、非排他的、不可转让、不可再许可、可撤销的有限授权，仅用于在你本人合法持有的 iPhone 与 Mac 设备上为个人或公司内部场景安装与使用 Shellcove App。本授权不包含对 Shellcove 源码、商标、UI 设计的复制、再分发、改编与衍生作品权利，除非另有书面许可。

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to install and use the Shellcove apps on iPhone and Mac devices that you lawfully own or control, for personal or internal business use. This license does not include the right to copy, redistribute, modify, or derive from Shellcove's source, trademarks, or UI design without separate written permission.

你承诺：

• 只在你本人合法持有或获得明确授权的设备上使用 Shellcove，不会用于未经许可的远程操控；
• 不利用 Shellcove 实施或便利任何违反所在地法律的行为（包括但不限于未经授权访问他人系统、传播恶意软件、骚扰、欺诈、侵犯他人隐私）；
• 不对 App 或站点进行逆向工程、修改签名、绕过安全机制后进行再分发；
• 不会试图通过任何手段对作者、其他用户或苹果 App Store 系统造成损害。

You agree that:

• You use Shellcove only on devices you own or are explicitly authorized to control. You will not use it to remotely control anyone else's machine without permission.
• You will not use Shellcove to commit or facilitate any conduct that violates the laws of your jurisdiction — including unauthorized access to systems, distribution of malware, harassment, fraud, or invasion of privacy.
• You will not reverse-engineer, repackage, re-sign, or redistribute the apps after bypassing any security mechanism.
• You will not attempt to harm the developer, other users, or the Apple App Store system through any means.

Shellcove 工作必需的几项权限完全由你授予并随时可撤销：

• iPhone / iPad 端：相机（扫描配对二维码）、麦克风与语音识别（按住说话时启动，识别在本机完成）、本地网络（与 Mac 建立 TLS 连接）。
• Mac 端：辅助功能（注入设备发来的键击与鼠标事件）、屏幕录制（把 Mac 屏幕实时投屏到设备）。

The minimum permissions Shellcove needs are entirely under your control and can be revoked anytime:

• On iPhone / iPad: Camera (to scan the pairing QR), Microphone + Speech Recognition (only while you hold the mic, transcribed on-device), Local Network (to reach the Mac).
• On Mac: Accessibility (to replay keystrokes and mouse events sent from the device), Screen Recording (to mirror the Mac screen live to the device).

Shellcove 以「现状」与「现有」状态提供，作者不就其适销性、特定用途适用性、不侵权、可用性、准确性或不中断提供任何明示或默示的担保。你使用 Shellcove 的所有风险由你自行承担。

因 Shellcove 直接或间接造成的任何利润损失、数据损失、业务中断或其它直接 / 间接 / 偶然 / 后果性损失，在适用法律允许的最大范围内，作者均不承担责任。

Shellcove is provided "as is" and "as available". The author makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. You assume all risk of using Shellcove.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Shellcove.

Shellcove 通过 Apple App Store 分发，因此 Apple 的《使用条款》也对你的下载行为生效。Apple 不是本协议的当事方，但是本协议的第三方受益人，可独立向你主张本协议中的相关条款。

Shellcove is distributed via the Apple App Store, so Apple's Terms of Use also apply to your download. Apple is not a party to these Terms, but is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce the relevant provisions against you.

本协议可能随产品更新而修订。我们会在本页面顶部更新「生效日期」；若发生实质变化，会在新版本的发布说明中明确告知。继续使用 Shellcove 即视为接受更新后的条款。

你可以随时通过卸载 Shellcove 终止本协议；作者也保留在你违反本协议任一条款的情况下立即停止向你提供服务的权利。

These Terms may be revised alongside product updates. The "Effective date" at the top of this page is updated accordingly; substantive changes are also highlighted in the corresponding release notes. Continued use of Shellcove constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling Shellcove. The author reserves the right to immediately stop providing the service to you if you breach any term.
