No. The drink, meal, ticket, shoes, and rent figures are sample yuan amounts stored in the app, then converted into the currency you selected. Type the price you actually care about.

Questions
Does the exchange-rate request include my salary?
No. The only network request fetches rates for 15 currencies. If it fails, upupfrog uses a built-in table. Your salary remains on the iPhone.
